We will sit down and talk about what you want to get out of your training and how we can help you. We will also take you through a brief movement assessment. This allows us to design a program just for you.
Once your custom program has been designed, we will coach and motivate you every step of the way as you train to reaching your goals.
We limit the number of people training at the same time to four per hour. You receive the feeling of having a personal coach, while at the cost of a group class.
