Meet Ray and Nancy Davis. They have trained at Speed & Strength University since we opened up in 2014! It has been great to have them participate in the group classes in the morning and to see them consistently in the gym every week. Nancy said it perfectly, “Movement is Medicine”.
Brady already lifts with his football team 4 days a week. He was already strong in most areas. This is why when training with us we focused on the little things that can add up and make a big difference.
Christian started working with Speed and Strength University his Junior year of high school. He is now in college and crushing it. He is one of our hardest workers and has improved so much with all his hard work.
Thanks Coach Garday. We love working with the Jr. Lions. At all our team camps, we have three main goals: reduce injury, improve performance and create team chemistry. Look forward to watching the Lions in action.

I was hiking Pinnacle Peak the other day and I was thinking about my workouts. I am better today than I was last year even with the wear and tear of another year. I can to you with good muscle memory- but it was a distant memory as I have not done consistent lifting in years. And yet the last set of of one arm dumbbell rows was 40 pounds!

I think that’s awesome, not only for my age but for a woman! And these gains are without injury which is really important. Great job Jentzen! Being a trainer is so much more than writing a program and parroting what the new fad is. You are doing a thoughtful, most helpful job!

I’ve learned so much with Coach Drew. He has taught me proper running mechanics and how to apply it to my sport. Since I’ve been going here, I have increased my running speed and added velocity to my pitches. I like that Coach cares about his students on and off the field.

Also, he works on recovery and making sure my body is at peak performance, helping with movement training and stretches to help me unlock my full potential. He’s very personable and connects with his athletes on a different level.
